Terms and Conditions of Sale

General

  • Sinful Desires takes great care in the making of garments to the customer's requirements. However should the measurements given by the customer be incorrect Sinful Desires reserves the right to request payment in full for the garment.
  • Sinful Desires will not accept responsibility if the customer loses or gains weight after measurements have been supplied.
  • Alterations that may be required due to wrong measurement by the customer will be charged at cost.
  • All items are made to order subject to fabric availability, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
  • Urgent orders may be processed at an additional cost.
  • All Custom Made Corsets are subject to 50% deposit on placement of order.
  • The balance will become payable prior to despatch of the goods.
  • Sinful Desires reserves the right to decline or cancel any order.
  • We are unable to accept liability for any items which are damaged in transit.
  • Orders to destinations outside the EC are non - refundable and non returnable.
  • All customer's details are private and confidential and will not be passed onto any third parties.

Guarantee and Returns

  • All goods carry a three month guarantee against manufacturing faults.
  • If you wish to return a garment, you should contact us first to obtain a returns authorisation.
  • All returned garments must be sent by a secure guaranteed method of posting.
  • Garments returned with manufacturing faults within the guarantee period will have the postage charges refunded.
  • Returns for any other reason all postage charges will be the customers responsibility.
  • Soiled garments will not be accepted as returns.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within three working days of placement of orders will incur no charges.
  • Cancellation made between three and five working days will incur costs of 50% of the garment value.
  • Any cancellations after this will incur costs of 100% of the garment value.

Shipping

  • Delivery to the cardholders address only.
  • All garments supplied to the UK will be sent by signed-for guaranteed next day special delivery.
  • International and non-UK mainland customers. We will advise the shipping costs following placement of your order. If you do not agree with the shipping costs, we will cancel your order and your card will not be charged.
